BACKGROUND

Dr. Severinsky is the inventor of the Hyperdrive power-amplified internal combustion engine power train used in the Toyota Prius and other vehicles, as well as the founder and Chairman Emeritus of PAICE Corporation, which licenses the Hyperdrive to hybrid vehicle manufacturers.  In 2006, Dr. Severinsky resigned as CEO of PAICE and became CEO of Fuelcor LLC, an intellectual property development and management company.  Dr. Severinsky holds 30 patents in the United States with numerous patent filings in countries worldwide.
